Return & Refund Policy

CMsense Teknoloji Danışmanlık ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. supplies professional, industrial, and research-grade electronic test and measurement equipment. Therefore, returns are subject to the following conditions.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions

Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

• The product must be undamaged

• Original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be complete

• No physical damage, misuse, or user-induced faults

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 30% of the product price may apply in the following cases:

• Opened products

• Used or tested devices

• Products that have undergone calibration

• Installed or software-activated equipment

This fee covers inspection, testing, and reconditioning costs.

Health & Hygiene – Non-Returnable Products

For health and hygiene reasons, products that come into direct contact with the human body are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

• EEG headsets and brain signal acquisition systems

• Emotiv products and similar wearable neurotechnology devices

Once opened, used, or tested, these products cannot be resold and are therefore excluded from return eligibility.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
CMsense is not liable for damage incurred during return shipment.

Final Sale Items

The following products are non-returnable:

• Special-order products

• B2B / wholesale supply items

• Products explicitly marked as “final sale”

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, after applicable deductions, using the original payment method.
